Ty Wilkins serves as Special Counsel with the firm’s Jackson office whose practice focuses on commercial transactions, corporate finance, and civil litigation. He also has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and risk management.

Ty has been practicing for nearly 10 years in various roles, with his most recent position being in-house with a company where he served as Senior Legal handling licensing, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions including agreements covering asset purchases, master services, SAAS, IP, manufacturing and supply, equipment purchases, and leasing,  Prior to his in-house role, he worked as part of BP’s national fraud counsel during the Deepwater Horizon litigation.

He grounds his practice in client relationships and being part of the team, focusing on efficiency without sacrificing quality. In his personal time, Ty is passionate about sports, specifically baseball and anything Ole Miss. He is also an active uncle to two young nephews and resides in Brandon, Mississippi.
