Fred Hoff is a shareholder and has been a member of Wise Carter since October, 2016. Prior to joining Wise Carter, Fred was Special Counsel for Jones Walker, LLP in its Gulfport, Mississippi office. Fred was also a member of a small boutique tax law firm prior to joining Jones Walker, LLP. Fred enjoys spending time with his wife, Tara, on a small horse farm north of Gulfport.

Fred is a member of the Harrison County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Mississippi Society of CPAs.

Fred’s practice includes Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Estate Planning. He also has an active real estate and title insurance practice primarily dealing with commercial real estate, and he has an active practice in probate and fiduciary litigation.
