Drafting and providing advice regarding employment contracts, policies, procedures, handbooks, separation agreements, independent contractor service agreements and union contracts is part of our regular practice. We routinely assist with harassment and discrimination investigations, evaluating employees for overtime and minimum wage exemptions, union negotiations and provide assistance in all aspects of employment law.
