Wise Carter welcomes Suzette Turner as an Associate Attorney with the firm. Suzette was a former summer associate from the firm’s 2020 class. She is energetic and excited to return to the firm. Suzette will continue to develop her litigation practice focusing primarily on transportation law in the railroad industry. In addition to litigation, Suzette will add business transactions, corporate structuring and compliance, and public policy matters in healthcare and energy law to her practice.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Suzette rooted in Mississippi and moved here for college. Suzette graduated with Latin Distinction from the University of Southern Mississippi with her B.S. in Biomolecular Science and a minor in Chemistry. She has a passion for client development and aspires to develop new practice areas where her passion for law and science merge.

In her free time, Suzette is a competitive body builder and you will likely find her in the gym when she is not reading, traveling, or exploring the outdoors.
