Gaye Nell Currie and Charlie Kihm successfully obtained summary judgment in a complicated medical malpractice case. The claim came against two physicians arising out of alleged complications following the birth of a child. The defense found victory in the case based on the Plaintiffs’ failure to timely designate an expert witness in support of their claim and submission of an untimely expert affidavit months past the deadline, the day before the hearing on the motion.
