Members of the Firm also have experience in cases involving the interrelationship of antitrust and intellectual property laws, including patent misuse.

Wise Carter handles non-statutory antitrust and trade matters, such as employee non-compete contracts and disputes involving tortious interference with contracts, unfair competition and other business torts.
