business attorneys specialize in real property transactions. In addition
to standard financing, development, and leasing matters, these attorneys
have substantial experience in forming real property joint ventures
and limited partnerships, structuring secured and sale-leaseback financings,
representing developers and others in planning and zoning matters,
and, in general, advising investors and developers on real property
tax matters. The firm also represents clients in environmental matters
before the Environmental Protection Agency and the Mississippi Department
of Environmental Quality.
