The lawyers in the firm's healthcare section routinely provide healthcare providers with advice regarding their participation in Medicare, Medicaid and similar federal and state healthcare reimbursement programs.

The firm has also recently assisted the Mississippi Hospital Association in establishing contracts with the State's Medicaid Division and participating hospitals throughout the state for management of the disproportionate share and upper payment limits programs in Mississippi.
