In addition, firm attorneys advise clients with respect to compliance with federal and state environmental regulations with special emphasis on the testing, monitoring, and cleanup of hazardous waste disposal sites.

The firm also has attorneys with experience in contested adjudicative proceedings and judicial review regarding Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements under NEPA, the Clean Water Act and the Rivers and Harbors Act, the state water quality and marine resource issues.
