In
addition to the firm's litigation services, Wise Carter labor and
employment lawyers provide clients with non-litigation assistance
in the form of counseling regarding such employment issues as the
termination of employees, layoffs, hiring, drug and polygraph tests,
AIDS and other disability issues, fetal protection questions, rehires,
and employee discipline questions.
