Law and Maritime Law
The
firm has members who have experience of various aspects of admiralty
and maritime practice, including admiralty jurisdictional issues,
maritime personal injury cases both offshore and on the inland waterways,
collision cases, maritime liens, preferred ship mortgages and state
watercraft liens. One member of the firm has taught admiralty and
maritime law for seven years and is a member of the Maritime Law
Association of the United States.
