James L. Robertson published a 380 page chapter on Constitutional Law in Mississippi. The chapter focuses primarily on state constitutional law, but also interacts with the Constitution of the United States where appropriate.

The publication has been made by Thomson Reuters as part of Volume 3 of the Encyclopedia of Mississippi Law, Second Edition (Jeffrey Jackson, Mary Miller and Donald Campbell, editors). The publication supersedes and replaces the chapter on Constitutional Law that Mr. Robertson published in 2001.
