The firm's
practice is organized primarily around its clients rather than along strict
subject matter lines.
This approach
fosters long-term working relationships between our clients and particular
attorneys in the firm and allows those attorneys to become thoroughly
familiar with the businesses and legal requirements of such clients. In
the course of such client-oriented representation, the firm's attorneys
participate in one or more practice areas.
As a result
of this dual client and practice area orientation, the firm's attorneys
are able to maintain high standards of expertise while generally having
a broad perspective and range of experiences and skills applicable to
the clients' legal problems.
